Gauges wellness, sleep,  stress levels, effectiveness of coping mechanisms – information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to the employer unless the individual presents a danger to themselves or others. Employers will be given generalised information about the number of individuals suffering, general areas that can be improved / resolved through the various therapies Rak offers (see list below)– it is for the employer to decide if they will cover the cost of the treatment for their employees or, if they will subsidise the cost of treatments, therefore incentivising the individuals to engage with and pay towards tried and tested therapies that are designed to resolve their issues and restore confidence & motivation.
